Short term room available

We have a room available in our home from February 1st for a short-let (end of June, potentially longer).

The house is 15 mins from Surrey Quays station with Overground, and a bus ride from Canada Water station - Jubilee Line and Greenwich Station - DLR. We absolutely love the location, loads of parks and green areas around, the river and many restaurants and shops around. Cafés and cute local pub nearby - the other closed for renovation. And if that isn't for you, we're close to some nice local gyms, Yoga and Pilates studio.

The room faces the back of the building overlooking our south-facing non-thru street, it has a private 1/2 washroom so you would be only sharing the shower. The room also comes furnished
- with a double sofa bed, wardrobe, drawers chest and a desk.

We are a relaxed house but also busy working and living our own lives, we like to keep it tidy and clean and are looking for someone that can clean up after themselves.

We both work sometimes from home, and like going out for food, drinks, for a coffee, nice long walks and runs, etc.

We sometimes have friends dog staying over, so we’re looking for someone who’s ok with having a dog around occasionally.
The room is £199 per week with bills included and no deposit. If you need to move before the 1st of February we can be flexible!
