Large Double in Friendly House Share: Deptford

We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to join our 4-bed house in Deptford.

We’ve lived here for the past 4 years and have built a great relationship with our landlord. We’re hoping to stay here long term, so ideally we’re looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a room.

We are unable to accept couples, sorry.

YOUR ROOM

Double bedroom

— £721 pcm + bills (approx. £115 pcm)
— £650 deposit
— Move-in between May 1st–15th (possibly slightly earlier depending on when Jake moves out)

Furniture included:
— Bed frame
— Mattress
— Fitted wardrobe

You will only share a bathroom with one housemate (Brad), as the other two bedrooms are en-suite.

4-bedroom Victorian terrace with a garden on a quiet residential road one street from Deptford Park.

— Large kitchen with washer-dryer, dishwasher, and two fridges
— Bright and spacious living / dining room
— 2 double en-suite rooms
— 2 double rooms sharing a bathroom
— Basement for storage

— Pool table (used outside in the summer)
— Garden

The current contract runs until 2026 February 15th.

ABOUT US

We like making the house a nice place to live. We go to the pub and the occasional club night together. Some of us work from home.

Alan, 29: Works for an electronic music platform, into football (Man United fan from London…), running, books and ambient music.

Brad, 29: From Stoke, a Product Manager working in the humanitarian sector. Into design, food, music and running.

Jav, 29: Good humoured civil servant and self deprecating native of Yorkshire.

— 8 min walk to Surrey Quays (Windrush Line / Overground) 20 mins to Shoreditch or Peckham
— 12 min walk to Canada Water (Jubilee Line) central London within 30 mins
— 15 min walk to Deptford High Street and New Cross

— Small double en-suite: £779 pcm (Alan)
— Large double shared bathroom: £721 pcm (yours)
— Small double shared bathroom: £680 pcm (Brad)
