Looking for 1 Extra Housemate

Hello! We are three friends putting an offer in on this house and we need someone to join us. £700 for the smaller room or £800 for the master bedroom, move in Mid-late May 🌺
It’s a tight turn around for application as we need someone ASAP, but the move in day would be mid to late May. The house has loads of potential it has a garden, large rooms and spacious kitchen and living area. We have asked for the walls to be repainted so hopefully it won’t be this alarming yellow colour! 🤣 It’s a 12 minute walk to Surrey Quays station, it’s next to Depford park and it’s right by a big Lidle and nearby a big Tesco (what more could you want!) You would be living with Leena, the sweetest feline flatmate and three other humans. We are three gals in our mid 20’s, two musicians (violin, clarinet) serenading optional 🤣 queer friendly, all welcome, communal vibes! Interests include outdoors, cycling, theatre, music, art and our sour dough starter
