Cosy double bed in Deptford!

We have a lovely sunny double room in our 4 bedroom flat!

The flat contains a spacious kitchen/living room, a bathroom which is split into a shower room and a toilet room, and a south-east facing balcony which gets amazing morning/early afternoon sun ☀️

Bills tend be around £100 a month - a bit less in summer and a bit more in winter.

You would be living with Jenny, Connie and Ramiah who all work in the arts. We have been living in the flat together for several years and it's a very warm, homely space. We have become great friends and hang out together in and out of the flat, but we also give each other space to do our own thing. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly household, and we are open to women, non-binary people and trans people :)

Ramiah has a cat who we all look after, so liking cats is a must ^.^

Nearest stations are Surrey Quays, New Cross and Deptford stations, and the flat is just a few minutes walk away from Deptford Park and Folkestone Gardens.

The chest of drawers, clothes rail, bed and mattress will come with the room. There is storage space under the bed, and there is a storage cupboard next to the room for storage also.
The room does not come with a desk and it may be difficult to work from home so someone who mainly works outside the flat is preferable.

The flat is on the third floor of the building, unfortunately there is no lift.

The room will be available from Sunday June 5th. Monthly rent is £550 and the deposit is 5 weeks rent.
