All bedrooms have their own key access lock and the flat comes furnished with bed frame (inc. mattress), wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and curtains.

My current flatmates are all very friendly and tidy but at the same time it is a quiet and respectful flat, ideal for a professional or student that’s up for a chat and the occasional pub trip but also has their own lives and interests!

The flat is only a few mins walk from Deptford bridge (DLR station to Canary Wharf and Bank) and New Cross (Windrush Line to North/East London) and Deptford National Rail station (into Central London). Would also be ideal for a goldsmiths student as the uni is only a 10-15 minute.

I have really loved living in Deptford, this flat is near fun pubs and nice restaurants. Leafy Greenwich, Blackheath and Hilly Fields are only a walk/bus away.

Lastly, my current Landlady is very professional and cares about her tenants. She will always get any issues solved promptly. This listing is on her behalf, I am just arranging viewing and all tenancy matters will be managed by herself.
