The accommodation has been refurbished and the room/en-suite will be cleaned and prepared for the new academic year.

I visited Dean House myself in January and can genuinely confirm that the room I saw looked like the advertised photos.

There is also an official 360° virtual tour.

Dean House is currently fully booked, so this is an opportunity to take over an existing booking.

The takeover is handled formally by Dean House: you register on their portal → they allocate my booking to you → you receive and accept the official offer → payment/documents → tenancy transferred into your name.
