Double Bedroom in Deptford

Sadly I’m giving up my beautiful bedroom in our girlie flat after 3 years so looking for a working professional girlie to slot in from the beginning of November.

We are looking for someone to be a part of our friendship and do things as a group, but we also value independence as we are all living our busy fun city lives!
You’ll be living with
Amy, 27 with a busy job running round the city and loves the pub after work, she also loves fashion, shopping and jewellery and can DIY anything.
Vic is 29 and our northern lass with curly hair, just been cast in a play, and is either whisking up matcha or making pottery at the studio. Mia is 26 and works as a runner, loves painting and is always up for a cosy night cooking for everyone and watching TV.

Our home is in the heart of Deptford, a creative and diverse area of South East London, a short walk from Greenwich. 🎨
Here you are spoilt for bars, pubs and coffee shops on our door step so if you’re looking for a lively location, this is it!

My room is part furnished comes with a double bed. Bonus points if you have your own pieces of furniture (im stealing the sofa), although the landlord can provide some pieces. The flat is built across two floors with a cosy living room, bathroom and kitchen, as well as an outdoors terrace space where we sun bathe all summer! We have friendly neighbours.

You will be signed onto the lease in a new tenancy agreement so will need a job+landlord reference or a guarantor.
Move in date is the 5th November but could be earlier.
