Location

The house is centrally located in (zone 2) with a 15 min walk or 10 min bus trip to either Surrey Quays Station or Canada Water tube for easy access into Central London. Surrey Quays shopping centre can be found outside the station for all your shopping requirements.... Including Tesco's, Bowling, movies and restaurants.

The house and room

House has a large kitchen with all requirements including a dish washer and cupboard space. Living room with flat screen sky glass TV. We have fast broadband too. Two bathrooms and toilets. Basement for storage and additional fridge and freezer space.

The room is a large double and comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Costs

All bills are included. We have a cleaner that comes ever fortnight to clean.

House mates

You will be sharing with two guys and two girls. The ideal person for the house would be professional, full-time employment, sociable, clean, respectful person.
