We share a large 4 bedroom Victorian house with garden. Currently we are three busy, hardworking people (Portuguese, Burmese and Angolan ). We are looking for a 4th person to join our happy home. We are in our mid 30's and looking for someone in that age range. We are all very clean, tidy, quiet and respectful of each others space.. Whilst we like our own space we do socialise, share some meals and cocktails and talk to each other. We have a variety of interest from art; art history, cooking, gardening and travel. We have become passionate gardeners and have developed a vegetable garden with green house! We have a large kitchen/dinning room and a separate sitting room so there is space to chill and occasionally have a visitor to stay. We keep the number of housemates to 4 because it makes shared living so much more pleasant and we only have one bathroom and toilet. We are looking for a fourth professional person who will also shares our commitment to keeping our home clean and tidy and is pleasant to live with. We are friendly and want to make new friends but we want someone grown up, in full time employment and who knows what a cleaning schedule is, and agrees with it and can actually clean without being reminded. Please if you are not fanatical about cleaning and keeping our home clean do not bother reading any further. This is our HOME and we want to it to be yours too. The room is medium sized and furnished. There is a great garden at the back of the house that gets the afternoon and evening sun. We would really like it if you could join us in developing it further. Currently we are growing a variety of veg and some herbs. In the front garden we have developed some wall boxes for seasonal flowers. If you need parking there is parking on the street. Bills are not included but work out approx £100-£110 per month. Deptford has lots of different transport options that are only a short walk away from the house; Jubilee line at Surrey Quays and Canada Water, East London Line New Cross, DLR Deptford Bridge, BR Deptford plus buses from the end of the road 188,1,47.199
