The Room:

This comfortable bedroom features a trundle bed that can be used as a single or converted into a double bed. There is a good amount of storage space and plenty of natural sunlight.

By the time you move in there will be some further improvements to the room and no clutter (I need to take some new pics).

Bathroom & WC:

The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom includes a large shower and sink and is always stocked up with some Aesop.

Communal Garden:

There is a communal garden shared with neighbours of the building. The garden is well-maintained by the community.

Fast internet and bills are all included.

The Area:

The flat is on a nice and quiet road in a safe neighbourhood. There is a lovely coffee shop opposite (and many more in the area as well as an art gallery). Deptford offers a range of galleries, coffee shops and diverse eateries. The flat is a short walk away to Greenwich and within minutes you can be by the water. 

Transport:

We are 6ish minutes from both Deptford (one stop to London Bridge but can also go to Kings Cross and Farringdon v quickly) or the DLR. You can also get to Shoredtich from New Cross.
