Short term only

Hi there,
I am letting out my spare room on a short term basis only.
I am a very quiet person and I love talking! I'm friendly but also respectful of personal space as I also need my own space.
You can expect friendly as well as deep conversations, or nice chilled evening watching movies in the living room with my projector. You are welcome to use it. It is a very cosy and clean environment.
I prefer calm people with a quiet life as I do not allow parties at home nor do I like hosting too many people at once. Also cleanliness and NO SMOKERS are mandatory. I can't stand the smell, not even if you smoke in the patio, so please NO SMOKERS ONLY.
I tend to prefer women to men but I can make an exception if the viewing goes well and I vibe with the person.

Toilet: There are two toilets. I Have an en-suite, you will use the toilet in the corridor that is huge. I'll keep some towels in your toilet because I don't have enough space in mine. However, it would only be for storage purposes. The toilet and the lovely bathtub is all yours! I'm jealous already ;)

TRANSPORTS :
3 minutes walk to Devons Road DLR station
that takes you to Stratford or Canary Wharf in 7 minutes.

There is a night bus that drops you at the door!! If you keep it open the driver will take you straight into your room lol!

Gym-Tesco: 3 minutes walk

Swimming pool : 10 minutes walk
