* Bright double room that comes with a mattress, under bed storage, bedside table, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and more (to be further discussed with outgoing flatmate!)
* £1075 pcm
* Bills approx. £150 pcm (council tax, utilities, WiFi, water & heating)
* Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent
* The room gets loads of natural light (morning sun ☀️)

🏡 The Flat
* Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom
* Clean, well-maintained and homely
* You’ll be living with 2 friendly, extremely clean and tidy girls (this is not a party house!)
* The contract will be a rolling tenancy as per the new laws
