Large double bed in E3

Hello, we are looking for someone to join our 3 bed flat in E3, close to Devons Road DLR, Mile End and Bromley by Bow stations (all within a 10/15 min walk).
The flat is a 2 level 3 bed flat with the spare room on the top floor. We have a shared bathroom and separate toilet, living/kitchen area and a huge balcony coming off that.

You would be living with myself JJ (They/Them) a drag artist and actor and Belle (She/Her) a SEN specialist and our small dog Wilfred, who is very calm and loves a cuddle, so you would have to be okay with living with a dog. Belle works daytimes and I work evenings, so there is always someone in the flat with Wilf, meaning WFH is possible but there will be someone in the flat most of the time.
We are both very social but also appreciate our own time and space and enjoy watching housewives together, going to the theatre and having the occasional glass of wine and cooking together. We are looking for someone who wants to make the place their home, rather than a stop over. You are more than welcome to paint the room and decorate as you wish and really make the space your own. It comes with a bed, wardrobe and desk and there is plenty of storage within the flat.
Rent is inclusive of all bills and includes a fortnightly cleaner.
Preferably looking to keep the flat an LGBT household.
