I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely East London flat, where you’ll be living with my best friend, Holly! 💛 Room will be available from 14th November.

The room is a small double with its own main bathroom.

The flat has a lovely big living area with space for a desk if you work from home. Hybrid working is absolutely fine.

Location
The flat is in a really convenient spot in East London, with great transport links:
* Devons Road DLR: 5-minute walk
* Bromley-by-Bow Underground: Around 15-minute walk (District and Hammersmith & City lines)
* Mile End Underground :Just over a 20-minute walk (central line)
* Tesco Express: Literally opposite the flat!

The building also has a concierge service.

* Rent: £1,125 per month
* Bills: Approximately £190–£200 per month
* Deposit: £1,470

You’ll be sharing with Holly, who is 29 and works in fintech. She loves a glass of wine and a chat but also likes having chill time.

We’re looking for someone, ideally aged 26+, who is clean, tidy and considerate of shared spaces. Holly would be happy for either a male or female flatmate!
