The living room has south east to south west facing floor to ceiling windows (so we see sunrise and sunset) with a large balcony & views of the water, the O2 and the Canary Wharf.

It's a well connected area, with lots of restaurants and royal Victoria dlr station and emirates cable cars both a 200m walk away. It's 5 mins walk from custom house Elizabeth line which gets you to Tottenham court road in 15 minutes and Paddington in 20 minutes

The building has a residents only gym which you will have access to and a 24 hr concierge too.
All bills are included and cover a fortnightly cleaner, council tax, super fast wifi, gas, electricity and water

You'd be living with myself - 32 year old doctor, my brother, 37 yr old engineer, and Suchi - a friendly, 1 year old Ragdoll cat.
