A bright, quiet double room with an ensuite is available in my modern apartment.

The room is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, built in wardrobe, and nightstand, plus a smart TV. There is free broadband and some utilities are included, plus linen and towels are provided (if required) The room is available for a long let (no short term lets) and is for single occupancy only ) no couples.

The neighbourhood is close to the water with great transport links via the DLR and several regular bus routes - the property is approx 20 minutes to Canary Wharf on the DLR / Elizabeth Line) approx 33 mins to Tottenham Court Road, 31 mins to London Bridge, and 35 mins to BANK

About me: I'm a friendly and respectful professional female, and I live with my 5 year friendly dog which is a hypoallergenic breed, so he doesn't moult!

My home is quiet, comfortable, clean, and I like to keep it that way. I trust you will too!

The room would suit a professional only.

Please note, that the room is available for mid week rental only, but is NOT available for short term lets. Suitable for somebody that commutes and works in London during the week but returns home to their main residence at the weekend.
