Hi,

After 3 years in this flat, I'll be moving out. If you'd like to replace me in the tenancy, read on.

About the flat:
- Third floor 2B2B flat in a secure apartment complex.
- Room for rent comes with double bed, bedside tables, built-in closet with mirror, armchair, and chest of drawer. You would have sole access to the main/family-size bathroom.
- You would share with one flatmate - a young professional - who has an ensuite.
- Large lounge with sofa, dining table and chairs, and TV stand
- Kitchen fitted with white goods and lots of storage
- Utility room with washer-dryer and more storage!
- Two balconies with river view (close up view of cruise ships) and view of Canary Wharf in the distance.

The money bit:
- £1050/month for rent
- Currently, my flatmate and I pay separate bills, which are roughly the same each month. He does gas, electric, broadband, and water. I do council tax for £198/month.
- Total cost is £1248/month
- References required
- Minimum salary of £35000 (for reference purposes)
