Looking for someone to share this lovely flat in Isle of Dogs (E14) with me as my flatmate is moving out.

You would have your own bathroom and a big built in wardrobe for clothes.

💰£1075 pcm (not including bills)

Bills roughly £150-175 pcm.

The flat is gated with a concierge for security and assistance.

Looking for a friend as well as a flatmate, I also enjoy my own space :)
The flat is furnished with all the essentials.

So far I have loved living here, it’s a quiet residential area, close to central London and the river Thames. Asda superstore is a 15 minute walk for groceries or a Tesco express even closer by.

The flat is a 15 minute walk to Greenwich and 30 minute walk to Canary Wharf, with good bus routes and the DLR station close by. One of my favourite free places to visit is Mudchute farm, a 7 minute walk from here.

There’s also the harbour which is a few minutes walk with lots of swans and variety of ducks. Docklands centre and clubs are nearby for water sports and sailing.
