Spacious double room available in a clean, modern flat. I am a live-in landlord, but I work full-time and am hardly ever at home, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and your own space.

The DLR is just a 4-minute walk away, with easy connections to Canary Wharf, Stratford and the City. Bus stops are around 1 minute away, with local shops, a supermarket and gym all within walking distance.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, and who values privacy and boundaries.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. The photos were taken while my previous flatmate was still living there, so the room will be fully emptied and cleaned before you move in.
