Bright Room in Royal Wharf Flatshare

I’m looking for someone to replace my current flatmate in our modern apartment in Royal Wharf, East London.

I’ve called Royal Wharf home for the past five years and really enjoy living here. The flat is bright, well kept and comfortable, and the area has great transport links into central London, along with plenty of cafés, shops and local amenities nearby.

The available room is bright and spacious, with its own private en-suite bathroom.

You’d be sharing with me. I’m a working professional and currently go into the office three days a week. I enjoy going to the gym, travelling, eating, relaxing, watching Netflix and good conversation.

I’m looking for another working professional (female), preferably in her 30s, who is clean, considerate, respectful and easy to live with.

I’d love to find someone who wants the flat to feel like home too. I enjoy having a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, while also respecting each other’s space.

Rent: £1,060 per month excl. bills

Bills: approximately £250 to £300 per month

Available from: 1 November

Deposit: Approx. £1,224 equivalent to 5 weeks’ rent

I would need to confirm the replacement tenant by 5th October to allow enough time for the landlord’s referencing process.

The new tenant will need to complete the landlord’s referencing process and be added to the new tenancy agreement.
