THE ROOM
A bright double with a floor-to-ceiling window and a proper double bed. I'm leaving all my furniture behind for free: wardrobe, desk, chair, clothing rail and nightstand. Show up with a suitcase and you're basically set.

THE FLAT
You'd live with two easy-going working professionals and share a bathroom with just one of them (the shelves and racks are staying, too). WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Ideally, a female working professional who's friendly and tidy. It's a calm, relaxed flat: happy to chat over a cup of tea, and just as happy to give you your own space.

GOOD TO KNOW
This is a tenancy changeover on an existing joint tenancy, so you'd be referenced and added to the agreement by the managing agent, including the standard Right to Rent check. Rent is due on the 16th of each month. No smoking or vaping in the flat.

GETTING AROUND
Overground: about 10 mins to Whitechapel, 15 to Shoreditch.
Jubilee line: one stop to Canada Wharf, two to London Bridge.
Buses 47, 188, 199, C10 and 381 on the doorstep.

THE AREA
Calm and green. Tesco, Lidl, Co-op and an Asian supermarket are all within 5 minutes, Greenland Dock is there for waterside walks, and Southwark Park (with a running track) is round the corner.
