Looking for a lovely new flatmate to take over my tenancy! 💌 | Royal Victoria, E16

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a lovely person (any identity welcomed except cis-men) to take over my tenancy in our 3-bed flat in Royal Victoria from the 17th November! The room is a MASSIVE double bedroom, and the flat is a really warm home shared with two other flatmates. We’re hoping to find someone who’ll feel at home here and would be open to being friends as well as flatmates.

A little bit about who we’re looking for:

-Age 22-28
-clean (super important)
-a good communicator
-queer/queer-friendly
-420 friendly
-has experience living in a flatshare

We really value living with people who are considerate, respectful and make sharing a home feel easy and comfortable. Beyond that, it’s all about personality and whether we click!

Ash
An analyst, she dj's occasionally and she models and she looooves baking birthday cakes for everybody. she is very open minded and quiet and to herself, but comfortable, friendly and approachable too. She works from home most the week.

Yousef is a teaching assistant at King's College London, and he also works at UCL. He enjoys cooking elaborate meals, he's loves movies, he is outgoing and sociable, and enjoys connecting with people. We usually see him in the evenings!

**The location is amazing too:**
- Royal Victoria DLR is literally a 1-minute walk away.
- Custom House Elizabeth line is around 5-10 minutes away.
- Tesco is a 2-minute walk from the flat.
- Lidl and other supermarkets are around 12 minutes away on foot, or just one train stop.
- We also have the cable cars, cute cafés, workspaces, Pilates studios, steam rooms, saunas and loads of other amenities nearby.

Bills: Around £150 per person per month on average, including council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Winter bills can be a little higher.

Working professionals are ideal, and working from home is absolutely welcome!
