Spacious Double Room Available in North West London – 2-Month Let

A very friendly and social house share with 3 males aged 30 (Spanish) who live upstairs and 2 females one from Australia aged 18 and one from Spanish in late 20s. My room and the Australian girls room is based downstairs.

I am travelling Europe for 2 months and my room will be available from the 8th of July until the end of August. The rent for the room is paid on the 5th of every month and is £700 (not inc bills). Bills usually are around £100 a month.
The deposit is £700.

A comfortable double room is available for a 2-month stay in North West London (zone 3).

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, TV, a desk and chair and a large wardrobe/cupboard and an offering plenty of storage space. You’ll share a clean and well-maintained bathroom with just one other housemate, a female (Aussie one). The kitchen and living room is shared between all of us. There are 2 fridges, an oven, microwave, washing machine, stove top, air fryer etc.

The house is located directly opposite a lovely green garden/park, providing a peaceful setting and great outdoor space. Everyday amenities are within easy reach, with Lidl just a 10-minute walk away and the nearest Tube station approximately 15 minutes on foot, offering convenient transport links across London.
