Short Term Room in NW2 | Flat mostly to yourself

Hi there!

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate professional to rent the second bedroom in my two-bedroom flat in NW2 5PN. The flat is in a great location with easy access to local shops, cafés and transport links. West Hampstead is nearby and there's a bus stop just a couple of minutes away with direct routes towards Notting Hill and central London.

I'm the owner of the flat and technically a live-in landlord, although I'm often away for work and don't spend all that much time at home. As a result, you'll regularly have the place largely to yourself, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with their own company and enjoys a quieter living environment. This arrangement would suit someone who values having their own space without the cost of renting an entire flat.

The room is a good-sized double and the flat is bright, comfortable and well maintained. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going, and who will treat the place as a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

All bills included (water, internet, gas, electricity, council tax).

There is the possibility of making it a longer term but I am just trialling 1-2 months initially. Open to shorter term lets as well.
