Hi everyone! We're looking for a young professional to take over our flatmate's spacious room in Willesden Green from the 5th of August for a rolling tenancy.

•⁠ Bathroom (with bathtub) and separate toilet.
•⁠ ⁠Includes a garden.
•⁠ ⁠Friendly house share with 3 others: Miquel (works in film and TV), Adam (interested in nature work), and Caris (is an actress).
•⁠ Cosy, friendly, queer/female household.
Location
•⁠ ⁠10-minute walk to Dollis Hill station (Jubilee Line), 12 minutes to Willesden Green station.
•⁠ ⁠7-minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s.
Costs
•⁠ ⁠Rent: £680/month
•⁠ ⁠Bills (council tax, gas, water, Wi-Fi): approx. £120/month
I am one of the current flatmates. The contract would be with the housing agent and landlord.
References from a previous landlord/agent will be required.
Deposit is 1 month's rent. Room is on the 1st floor, sadly only accessible via stairs.
