Looking for a friendly female working professional to join our household!
Hello Gals! I’m looking for a lovely female working professional to take over my room in our spacious home in Dollis Hill, joining the three other girls currently living here.
Hoping to find someone who is friendly, respectful, tidy, and looking to make a comfortable home with other working professionals.
LOCATION • Dollis Hill
• Jubilee Line - Dollis Hill stop within short walking distance
• Bus routes: 302 & 226
• Great location for getting around London!
THE ROOM
• £830 per month (+ utilities)
• Utilities typically around £150–£200 per month
• Deposit £550
• Room is unfurnished, but does include the double bed frame + mattress pictured
• Available from 17 November (although I am are ideally looking for someone who can move in sooner)
• Month-to-month rolling tenancy beginning on the 17th of each month
THE HOUSE
• Spacious shared kitchen with cooking equipment
• Fully furnished living room
• Shared bathroom/shower between three of the roommates
• (Fourth roommate has their own private toilet/shower)
• Back garden with storage shed available
• Rolling tenancy beginning on the 17th of each month

This is a great opportunity if you're looking for more than just a room. You'll be joining a home with three other girls and sharing the common spaces together!
