A very friendly and respectful house hold in Dollis hill (NW). Based right on Gladstone park gardens in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
Room comes fully furnished with a double bed, a TV, big cupboard, desk, chair, lamp etc.
I live 1 female (Australian) and 3 males (Spanish).
X2 rooms downstairs with ensuite (my room and other girls room).
X3 rooms upstairs with ensuite(boys rooms).
SHARED kitchen with fridge washing machine oven, microwave, air fryer etc, living room downstairs (sofa, tv etc). This is a shared space so is very well maintained and kept very clean and tidy!
10 min walk through Gladstone park to get to Dollis Hill station. (All train lines)
Lidl is a 10 minute walk from our house.
Council tax can differ but normally around £38pm.
Rent is £700pm and bills come to around £60 (not inc council tax)
Deposit is £700 (same as rent)
Move in date would be on the 4th or 5th of December as we pay rent on the 6th of every month!
