3 month flat share - Late October to End of Jan

Reason for availability

A room is becoming available in our flat in a purpose built block near the emirates stadium. Our housemate is going travelling for 3 months.

Description of room and living situation

The room has a large double bed, plenty of storage (two wardrobes), room for a desk (for any wfh needs you have) and shares a bathroom with one of the other flat mates.

The flat is fantastic, with a large kitchen/living area and a massive balcony. It’s is perfectly located for transport with you being spoilt for choices - Arsenal for Piccadilly, Highbury for Victoria or Drayton park for the mainline into Moorgate.

The flat has three bedrooms. Current tenants are Hannah (works in Market Research) and Jack(works in PR). We enjoy a healthy blend of exercise, going out and enjoying chilled times either in the large living area or in one of the many local pubs.

What we are looking for

We're seeking a laid-back, friendly housemate who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere and is easy to get along with. It would be great if you share similar interests, especially if you like playing or watching football. We appreciate someone who is considerate and enjoys socialising while also understanding the importance of personal space. Cleanliness is important to us, so we'd appreciate someone who is thorough with both their personal space and shared areas. Ideally, you're someone who values a calm, quiet environment but still enjoys spending time with housemates when the mood strikes. We’d also love to have a housemate who has a passion for travel and prefers getting out and about rather than being indoors all the time

Bills: £180 are currently circa 180 (covers energy, internet and council tax band F) in addition to rent - water is covered by the landlord.
