Loft Room with En-Suite — Dulwich Family Home

We're a friendly family with three school-aged children who sleep soundly and are up and out early each morning. We often work from home, so the room would best suit someone who's out at work during the day.

The room is a lovely loft bedroom on its own private floor, with a private en-suite bathroom, plenty of hanging space, a chest of drawers, a desk, and its own coffee station. Being high up in the house, it's wonderfully peaceful and private — you won't be disturbed by family life below.

We're sociable and happy to share a glass of wine or a chat now and then, but we're equally happy for you to come and go as you please and keep to yourself.

Rent includes all bills and council tax. We're looking for someone for around 2–4 months, though we're flexible on this.

Fantastic location — close to King's College Hospital, North Dulwich and Herne Hill stations, and just a stone's throw from Dulwich Village and Brockwell Park.
