I’m looking for a new housemate to share my characterful two-bedroom flat in West Dulwich. It’s a lovely little home with lots of personality, original features, mid-century furniture, cosy interiors and a beautiful private garden.

THE ROOM 🛏️

The room itself has just been decorated and is a spacious, light-filled double with a big new bed, built-in wardrobes, an original fireplace and lovely period features. It's completely furnished.

THE FLAT 🏡

You'll have access to a shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom and garden. We've got a bbq, outdoor furniture and loads of cherry trees!

THE LOCATION 📍

We're just minutes away from West Dulwich train station and 15 mins from Dulwich Village, Brockwell Park and Crystal Palace. We've got a lime bike station right outside the house and West Dulwich, Gipsy Hill and West Norwood train stations are all within a 15 minute walk.

The road itself is really quiet which makes for a lovely peaceful space.

WHO I’M LOOKING FOR ✨

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and easygoing who’ll treat the home with care. I’d love to find someone who is happy to share the occasional chat, while also respecting each other’s independence and downtime.

Also on the hunt for someone who loves a cat as I have a very friendly little grey tabby.

FLEXIBLE ARRANGEMENTS 🤝

I'm very new to this so am open to different setups, including short-term stays, temporary accommodation and more flexible arrangements, so do get in touch. Happy to chat about dates and what might work.
