About the Area: West Dulwich is a friendly and relaxed place to live. It boasts plenty of open spaces like Crystal Palace Park, Dulwich Park, and Dulwich Woods, all within walking distance. The area features several good restaurants, bars, off-licenses, a Tesco Local, independent shops, and two large supermarkets (one within walking distance and the other 10 minutes by public transport).

The flat overlooks Kingswood Arts, a beautiful listed castle that operates as a non-profit center with a café and hosts numerous local events. Adjacent to the flat is a square with shops including an off-license, Chinese/chicken shop, library, and a local post office, which is super handy for returning parcels.
