Room in beautiful house, close to Ealing Broadway

We are a professional couple with three children (11, 13 and 15) with a room to rent to a FEMALE lodger.

The room is on the top floor, away from the children and has a shared newly refurbished bathroom with our current female lodger. The room has a double bed, fridge, desk area and draws.

The house is clean and well kept. We are a non smoking household. We have two very friendly cats and a five year old dog.

All bills are included (apart from weekly cleaning which is £22.50 a month), and we have broadband WiFi throughout the house. You will have use of our kitchen area and a table in conservatory to eat at if you wish.

We have excellent transport links - Ealing Broadway is a 15 minute walk and West Ealing station just 10 minutes giving you access to overground trains including the Elizabeth line, central and district lines. There are regular buses to Ealing Broadway (297 and E10) at the end of the road which take about 5 minutes

There is a parade of shops called Pitshanger lane 10 minutes away and also one on the Avenue near West Ealing station and there are also several lovely parks in close proximity.
