A very large, bright and airy single room will become available on the 25th of August in our house share in Northfields, Ealing.

Burnham Way is a quiet residential street only minutes away from the buzz of Northfields Avenue and bang on between Northfields / Boston Manor stations, both on the Piccadilly line and offering quick and easy access to either central London or Heathrow Airport.

A variety of buses ( E2, E3, E8, 195, and N11 ) also stop nearby.

A parking space is also available on the driveway if you own a car.

There are two Sainsburys Local and a Tesco Metro, plus a lot of restaurants and eateries within a five-minute walk from the house.

The house is fully furnished, featuring central heating and double glazing, and it comprises four single bedrooms, a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom facilities with a separate toilet.

In addition, the outdoor space/garden comes in particularly handy if you happen to be a smoker, as this is otherwise a strictly non-smoking household.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a small desk, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

Your flatmates? Three mature, respectful, friendly professionals from Poland, Scotland and Spain aged 33 to 47.

The rent is £630 per calendar month (bills are not included) and one month's deposit is required.

The apportionment for bills and council tax (currently estimated at £140 per month, including a biweekly cleaner) will be added to the rent, making this a great deal.
