Living Room

I have previously had lodgers but I am not really in London enough to justify keeping a room for myself, so with a heavy heart I am considering renting out the whole flat. I am looking for nice, professional people that I can trust to look after the place. I’d either like to find people who are looking for a two bed place, or find people who want the larger room initially, and then they can help decide who rents the second room. The rent includes all bills, service charge and council tax.


First bedroom:
20 square metres. Kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom, and loads of storage space (two large fitted wardrobes, under-bed storage, chest of drawers). Plenty of space for more furniture if you want.


Second bedroom:
Double bed and double-width wardrobe (half wardrobe, half drawers). Not en-suite but the bathroom is 1m away, straight across the hallway.
The flat:
Recently re-decorated. It has a second bathroom, a large fully kitted out kitchen/dining/living area (table expands to fit 6 chairs for dinner parties) with dishwasher, mega-comfy sofa, 48" Ultra-HD Smart TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player , unlimited broadband, washing machine/tumble dryer, video entry phone system. All the windows overlook the large, landscaped, shared courtyard.

Shops/restaurants etc:
It's a one minute walk to 'The Gym', a Tesco Express, a Co-op, and lots of restaurants, and about 3 minutes to Waitrose.

Pubs:
1 minute walk - starandanchor. com
4 minute walk - draytoncourtlondon. co. uk (Biggest beer garden in London with outdoor bar, games and table tennis tables).

Transport:
It's a 12 minute walk to Ealing Broadway (Central line - 24 hour tube at weekends - and District Line), 15 minutes to Northfields or South Ealing (Piccadilly line - also 24 hour), or 3 minutes to West Ealing station (18 minutes to the City once CrossRail finally gets going). If you're running late or feeling lazy, buses to and from Ealing Broadway and Northfields stop right outside the building every 2 minutes. Two different night buses from Central London also stop right outside, or an UberX from Central London costs £15. There is secure bike storage in the building. If you have a car, there is a secure underground car park and we can negotiate on including my space.
