We are two professional gay men looking for two new housemates to join our calm, friendly and respectful home from June onwards.

This is a peaceful LGBT-friendly household, so we’re looking for people who are open-minded, considerate and easy to live with. We value a clean, relaxed and welcoming environment where everyone respects the space and contributes to making it feel like home.

Everyone will be considered — ultimately we’re simply looking for good people and a good household dynamic.

The house has recently been redecorated and thoughtfully furnished throughout, creating a warm and comfortable living space rather than a typical rental feel.

Bedroom 1 – £890 pcm (all bills included)
Large, bright double room with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage space. The room is garden-facing with lots of natural sunlight and a lovely green outlook. There is also space for a desk and chair for anyone working from home.

Bedroom 2 – £850 pcm (all bills included)
Spacious double room with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and excellent storage. Peaceful front-facing room with plenty of light and space for a desk/workstation if needed.

The home has a large open-plan living and dining area, a good-sized kitchen, upstairs bathroom, and an additional downstairs toilet.

The living space is ideal for relaxing after work, watching movies, gaming, cooking, or occasionally spending time together as a household while still respecting each other’s privacy and routines.

Outside, there is a private back garden which has recently been redesigned as a passion project, backing onto a large shared green lawn area — perfect during summer for BBQs, relaxing outdoors, or simply enjoying some quiet nature and fresh air.

There is also free off-street private parking available.

Location

The house is tucked away in a quiet green area surrounded by mature trees and hedges, giving it a calm and peaceful atmosphere while still being extremely well connected.

Pitshanger Village is only a 2-minute walk away and has cafés, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and all local amenities. The village itself has won awards and has a lovely community feel.

There are also three large beautiful parks directly opposite the house — ideal for walks, running, or simply getting outside after work.

Ealing Broadway and the Elizabeth Line are easily accessible via frequent buses nearby, making Central London reachable in around 15 minutes once connected.

We also have a small 1-year-old Maltese called Kylie, who is friendly, house-trained and very much part of the home — so ideally we’re looking for someone comfortable around dogs and kind to animals.

One of us previously worked as a chef and PT, so good food and gym sessions are never far away.

For anyone working from home full-time during winter, we may occasionally review energy usage together to keep things fair for everyone.
