Room available for short term

Living Room

Hi all,

I am planning on renovating my kitchen so would like to rent my spare room for at least two months. Afterwards the kitchen wlill be out of action so this is only a rental for two months at least.

About the Room

o A small double room that comes with a wardrobe it backs onto the garden and gets the sun in the morning.
o Rent is £700 inclusive of bills and a deposit of £700.
About the house
o The house is 15 minutes’ walk away from Hanwell and West Ealing station. The nearest tube is the Elizabeth line; it takes 15 minutes to Paddington and 20 minutes to Tottenham Court Road on the train so around 30 minutes into central London.
o The house has a separate kitchen and living room, with television, table etc.
o Everything upstairs has been renovated with new carpets, electrics, bathroom etc.
o Kitchen is small and dated and next year I would like to renovate.
o The house has a garden which is nice to sit out in as it gets sun until 4pm and comes with table/chairs and sun lounger.
o I have a cat called Napolean.

About the Area

o Gym – There is a gym 15-minute walk away called 'Golds' It has a swimming pool, sauna, running and weights, around £30 a month.
o Supermarkets - There is a large Aldi next to the gym and a Waitrose next to West Ealing station. Also, some corner shops at the top of the road.
o Pubs - The Drayton Arms has the largest beer garden in West London, Ealing Broadway has lots of restaurants.
What we are looking for
o Someone who is independent, both me and James do Badminton, Squash and Running. So ideally, someone who has some interests outside of the house.
o Someone who is clean, tidies up after themselves, washing plates after fished, wiping down surfaces.
o Someone who is considerable of noise, i. e. not blasting their music .

Other requirements

o You will be required to sign a lodger’s agreement which will detail:
o Rent of £700 a month.
o A deposit of £700
o Four weeks’ notice to leave
o Total payable before moving in of £1400.
