Hey everyone! Due to moving to a different country, I have to move out of my room in West Ealing which is now available for rent from May!

ROOM:
Large double bedroom, fully furnished, with private balcony. Very big bedroom with lots of light due to double balcony doors and two extra windows. Bedroom also features a big storage space if needed.

HOUSE:
Lovely house close to West Ealing station (Elizabeth line) and Northfields station (Piccadilly line), W13. Shared living/dining room and kitchen, two bathrooms (you would be sharing only with 1 other person). Close by: big Sainsbury’s, Boots, several gyms and small shops, many bus stops going to various areas.

HOUSEMATES:
You will be living with two girls and one boy, all young professionals. They are working in marketing, law and data science so many various interests there! Everyone is lovely and friendly, great if you want to make some friends as well.

RENT:
£675 a month, not including bills, plus a deposit of £750. Available from the 14th of May (might be flexible), contract is till 14th of October but can be extended if needed. Need to be employed, earn no less than 22k a year and go through referencing. No pets, couples are welcome.
