Double Bedroom, Garden House with shared dining ro

Hi there,

We're looking for a genuine, social, friendly, tidy and clean person to join us and take the double room in our home.

The bedroom comes with a double bed and a beautiful victorian mirror above the fireplace.

**We are not a shared flat but a home so we take pride in our clean home. Smoke free home. Not a party or student house and no WFH.**

We have a shared dining room with a dining table, TV, and lots of board games.

The bathroom was redone in feb 2023.

Our massive garden comes with a outdoor table, dart, hammock, and bonfire pit. Garden gets maintain regularly.

We have 2 cats, they are super friendly and loves making new friends! You must be cat friendly! Unfortunately we can not accept any pets.

Upstairs we have a laundry room, a big bathroom with a shower and a bath. Only 1 bathroom in the house.

Our monthly bills are around £150 to £200 each. This includes council tax (band D), water, gas, electricity, and WiFi, so the total is around £850 to £900 per month. Rent is paid to the landlord but bills are paid to us around the beginning of the month.

We are 3 minute's walk to both bus stops heading either way. Busses 207, 483, E3, E8 towards Central and 5 minutes walk from E8 and E3 bus stop towards west. 15 mins to West Ealing Station and Northfields Station (Piccadilly line). 20 mins away from Ealing Broadway Station (GWR rail line, Elisabeth, Central, and District line)
