A bright, spacious and comfortable double room is available in a clean, peaceful and well-maintained home.

The house is shared with friendly and respectful professional women who value a calm, tidy and harmonious living environment. We are looking for someone who shares these values and enjoys being part of a considerate and welcoming household.

A regular cleaner is provided, and we simply ask everyone to help keep the house clean and tidy between visits. We also ask that the kitchen is left clean and organised after each use, helping to maintain a pleasant home for everyone.

The property is conveniently located, with excellent transport links and a range of local amenities nearby.

The monthly rent is £990, including all bills and regular cleaning, making life simple and hassle-free.

Hybrid working is welcome. Working from home 3 days per week is available for an additional £100 per month to help cover the increased cost of utilities (gas, electricity and water). Please note that full-time home working is not suitable for this household.
