I'm advertising my room in a 4 bed house in Ealing, right next to Gunnersbury Park. You would be living with lovely housemates, 2 gals 1 guy working in film&tv, Design museum and a Masters Student.

- Furnished (bed frame, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookshelf, side table all included - everything else is mine)

The House -
- The house is really bright & has really spacious communal areas downstairs, living room, kitchen/dining area is all open plan.
- Off Road parking available on driveway.
- Bathroom is shared between 3 as one of the rooms has a en-suite.
- Really nice garden space too! Theres a mower at the house, so really easily managed in the summer.

Bills -
- Bills are approx £117-£140 per month, only at that higher end in the colder months. Council Tax Band E.

Nearest Stations -
- Acton Town Station (District, Piccadilly Lines) - 7 min walk
- Ealing Broadway Station (Elizabeth, District, Central Lines) - 20 min walk

Landlord is very quick to fix things!
