After a lovely time in this home I’m now moving out to start a new chapter buying outside of London.

This large sunny room comes furnished with a comfy double divan bed, large wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers, built-in bookshelf & blackout curtains.

You’ll be living with four friendly professionals (all girlies) in a spacious house with a garden.
We enjoy the occasional movie night and brunch, but also completely respect each other’s space.
We’re looking for someone clean, sociable and friendly who has their own interests but is happy to join in when the mood strikes!

As per the listing, we’re looking for a female housemate aged 28-40, non-smoker. We are ideally looking for someone with a hybrid/ on-site working pattern.

The location is super convenient, within walking distance to Ealing Broadway Station (Central, Elizabeth & District lines + National Rail).
Hanger Lane (Central Line) and Alperton (Piccadilly Line) are both within easy reach.

Pitshanger is close to plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and green spaces.

Practical bits
Rent is £633 per month. Bills are approx £150 per month, including a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.

The security deposit is £500, and the letting agent will require satisfactory references.

Move-in date is 6th August but happy to discuss an earlier time if preferred.
