Lovely spacious double room in a bright flat

We have a lovely double room available in our bright, clean and cosy flat. The room is spacious and comes with a comfortable double bed.

There are currently two girls living here. We’re both easy-going, friendly and respectful, and work quite a lot during the week (one in recruitment and the other in education). We like having a calm, tidy home, but we’re also always happy to have a chat, cook together or spend some time together when we’re around. Ideally, we’d love someone who treats the flat as an actual home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

One thing that’s quite important to us is finding someone with a similar routine. We both work fairly standard daytime hours and have early mornings, so someone who also works mornings/afternoons would probably be the best fit. It’s absolutely not a dealbreaker if your schedule is different, but we do appreciate people who are mindful of noise, especially late at night. We all work hard and need our sleep, so having similar routines just makes sharing a home that much easier for everyone!

The flat itself is lovely, peaceful and well looked after. We all do our bit to keep it clean and tidy, and would love to find someone who naturally does the same without needing to be reminded. Nothing unreasonable, just the usual consideration that makes living together enjoyable!

Location-wise, it’s honestly great! We’re surrounded by beautiful Ealing parks, with plenty of local shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés and gyms nearby. It’s a lovely, green and safe area, right by Pitshanger Lane.

Ealing Broadway is around a 15-minute walk and West Ealing station (Elizabeth line) is about 12 minutes away. And just a heads-up, Google Maps really doesn’t do the walking distances justice. Unless you’re walking backwards or crawling, you’ll probably get there quicker than it suggests 😂 The 297 and E10 bus stops are also just around the corner.

Bills included: Wi-Fi, gas, water and electricity.

Parking can also be arranged.

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who wants to enjoy living in a nice home with people who respect each other’s space and routines.
