Lovely flat in Ealing

I am unfortunately have to say goodbye for this lovely flat and my favorite flatmate/ friend!

It’s a 2b1b flat, and the room is very spacious overseeing the communal garden and lots greenery. The room approx can fit in 3 double bed, currently have 2 wardrobe, 2 bedside table, 2 years old mattress and bed.

Transport you can find 3 mins walk from North Ealing (Piccadilly ) or 10 mins West Acton(central), 12mins to Ealing Broadway (Elizebeth/ district / central ). Never have any trouble over tube strike, or late night home.

As you can imagine you can find multiple big supermarket in Ealing Broadway. Lots of individual and chain cafe, and nice restaurants, gym and parks.

Little bit about my flatmate:
I’m a freelance in the performing arts industry, so I work from home a lot (unless I’m in rehearsals or performing elsewhere, which in that case I’ll be gone for several weeks altogether.

Due to the nature of my job, I’ll have to practise (piano, flute, singing) and record self-tapes auditions at home quite often, though I’m always respectful for your peace and quiet. The flat is quite good at keeping noise within the room, so our neighbours barely hear me practising. So ideally looking for someone who doesn’t mind some music in the house.
