Double En-suite room in West Ealing (short-term let)

Our housemate is sadly moving out in July and we are looking to fill the double room in our lovely Ealing flat.
About us:
We are two sociable guys looking for someone who can move in but also be a mate and will be up for socialising / going pub etc.
Us:
Billy - 26 working in Sports TV
Archie - 24 working in psychology.
The flat:
The flat is in Ealing, 5 min walk to West Ealing (Lizzy Line) and 10 mins to Ealing Broadway (Lizzy, central, district).
The room:
The room is large double bedroom on its own floor, room to wfh and an en suite as well as built in wardrobes.
Rent is £883 pm and bills are around £130 pm. Move in date any time in July, but can be flexible! We would be looking for someone to let the room short-term (around 3 months) but happy to discuss this more!
