Hello, I am Marco and my current flatmate will be moving out, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to share this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in West Ealing. I will be the only sharer of this flat, so you can expect a cosy and quiet environment.

About the room and flat

You’ll have the ensuite room with your own private bathroom. The room comes with a wardrobe and bed frame (I can also prepare a table and chair for you if needed), so you’ll only need to bring your own bedding and personal items.

The shared areas include a living room, balcony, and kitchen. The flat also comes with all the usual appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, etc.

The building has a free residents’ gym with basic gym equipment available.

Location and transport

The flat is located in West Ealing, W13.

It’s around a 10-minute walk to West Ealing Station, with the Elizabeth Line providing easy access to Central London.

There is also a bus stop just behind the building, with routes including 207, SL8, and 483, which takes you to Ealing Broadway within 5 minutes.

The area is very convenient for daily shopping. Lidl, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s are around 3 minutes away, and there are also plenty of local shops nearby, including some great places for fresh groceries at better prices than the supermarkets.

About myself

I am a software engineer working in London Central, currently working 2-3 days at home a week. I am a friendly and quiet person, and I enjoy meeting new friends. I speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese at intermediate level, hopefully I can learn another language when you move in!

Rent and bills

Rent: £1,100 per month

Bills, including council tax (Band D), are currently around £150 per person per month.
