Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room! The room is offered unfurnished, but has inbuilt cupboards. The flat is located on the top floor and has a shared spacious living room, bright sunny kitchen, small balcony, and bathroom with a large bathtub. Amenities include a dishwasher and washing machine. Rent is £650 pcm, bills not included. Bills are split equally and come to about £80-£100 per month depending on the season. It is a Council Tax D area.

The room will be available from the 5th of September.

The flat is situated on a lovely street that has all your basic shops like a Co-op, local bakery, grocer, a few cafes, some pharmacies and even two charity shops! It’s a 10/15 minute bus ride to Ealing Broadway Station (Elizabeth, Central, District and Circle Lines) with the bus stop just across the street- two buses come every 10ish minutes. You can also walk 20 minutes to the Ealing Broadway area which includes a shopping centre with larger shops like Morrisons, TK Max, and M&S. There’s a huge park just 5 minutes down the road as well.
