Looking for a new flatmate to join me in W5

We are 10 mins from Ealing Broadway, North Ealing, and Ealing Common stations (on the Central, Elizabeth, Piccadilly, and District lines)
I’m a 26-year-old researcher at a luxury lifestyle magazine who has been living in Ealing for 3 years and in this flat for the past year. I really value a clean & friendly household where I can relax, host friends and hang out with my flatmate for post-run coffees, movie nights and cooking dinners together.
I’m looking for someone who is also clean, respectful and friendly to move in. Particularly keen for someone at a similar age/stage (late 20s, young professional). No couples pls.
The room available is an en-suite with a large wardrobe and plenty of room for a double bed. The room would be unfurnished, so you would have to provide your own bed/furniture, and you would also have to cover half the cost of a new sofa, as the current flatmate will be taking that.
Ealing is safe, quiet, and well connected. It’s great for a young professional who enjoys a community vibe, coffee shops, pubs with live music and green space.
