Room to Rent

Hi there! Bit of a different flatshare setup — I’m looking for someone to take the main bedroom in my flat.

I work away regularly and am also caring for my ageing parents, so I’m often not at the flat. A friend usually stays around twice a week, typically Tuesday–Thursday, and I’ll pop back myself roughly once a month. This means you’d generally have the flat to yourself for around five days each week.

All bills are included:

* £1,300 per month for one person
* £1,500 per month for a couple

Ideal for someone who likes having plenty of space and a quieter home. Some furniture included. (Mainly living room)
