A bright, spacious and comfortable double room is available in a beautiful, clean and well-maintained home.

The house is shared with three professional women who value a calm, tidy and respectful living environment. We are looking for someone who shares these values and enjoys living in a peaceful, considerate and welcoming household.

The room is furnished and offers a comfortable double bed, good storage space, a chest of drawers and a dedicated dressing/work area. The house also has spacious and comfortable shared areas, including a lovely kitchen, dining area, living room and garden.

Cleaning & Housekeeping

A professional cleaner comes every two weeks to carry out a thorough deep clean of the communal areas only, including the two bathrooms, downstairs WC, kitchen, living room, hallway, stairs and garden.

The cleaner does not clean individual bedrooms. Each resident is responsible for keeping their own bedroom clean and tidy.

Between cleaning visits, everyone is responsible for helping to maintain the communal areas. Shared spaces should always be left clean, tidy and ready for the next person after use.

For example, after cooking or using the kitchen, dishes should be washed, dried and put away. Kitchen worktops and other shared surfaces should be left clear, and any spills or food dropped on the floor should be cleaned up straight away.

Personal belongings, water bottles, food and groceries should be kept in each resident’s own designated storage areas rather than left on shared kitchen surfaces.

There is no daily cleaning service. The fortnightly cleaner provides the regular deep clean of the communal areas, while everyone living in the house is responsible for maintaining the home between visits.

Please note: this is a shared home, not serviced accommodation. Everyone living in the house is expected to take responsibility for keeping the communal areas clean and tidy after use and to respect the house rules.

If you are looking for a home where you do not need to contribute to the upkeep of shared spaces, or where you would prefer not to follow shared house rules, this room may not be suitable for you.

The property is conveniently located, with excellent transport links and local amenities nearby.

£950 per month, including all bills and fortnightly professional cleaning of the communal areas.

Working from Home

We are looking for a professional who primarily works from their workplace during the week.

Working from home is acceptable for up to two days per week, but the house is not suitable for anyone who works from home more than two days per week.

The house is just a 3-minute walk from Northfields Underground Station, served by the Piccadilly line, providing convenient connections across London and direct access towards Heathrow Airport.

There are also local shops, cafés, restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance.
