Available from mid-November, this apartment has a spacious lounge area, fully furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. There is access to a shared garden. We are a 2 minute walk to South Ealing station so great access to Central or Heathrow along the Piccadilly line. Gunnersbury Park is a 5 minute walk and a Coop and local shops are right around the corner.

I am 27, and I am a Pub Manager, meaning I am out most evenings and weekends. I am looking for someone who is sociable and outgoing, clean and respectful of shared spaces.

We have 1 designated parking space that will be available to you as I do not have a car.

The rent is £925pp a month, excluding bills (usually around £180pm), security deposit is £1067. Council tax band D.
